Hands On Cooking pioneered the 'Whole Menu Method' of teaching cooking. You don't get bored with technical lessons; your group creates an entire dinner (even dessert!). Then we sit down and enjoy the meal. You leave with recipes and a preparation time chart, ready to recreate the whole menu at home.
