Hands On Cooking pioneered the 'Whole Menu Method' of teaching cooking. You learn how to turn a recipe into great food and sequence and overlap cooking the main course, side dishes, sauces and desserts to present a whole meal on time. You don't get bored with technical lessons and your group creates an entire dinner (even dessert!) Then you sit down and enjoy the dinner in Valcour Plantation's twenty foot dining room.
